This place has made positive progress over the past 10yrs thanks to the husband and wife managers that are cleaning the property up and eliminated the riff raff it use to have here! All around great people!

For a motel, it's fine. My room was clean and cozy. I think when improvements that are being done are completed it will be great. Room had microwave and mini fridge and was affordable. The manager was excellent ..a real help

The new owners are great! They are really working hard to fix the place up. The rooms are very clean as is the property and the rates are extremely reasonable.
The remodelled rooms are quite a vast difference from the trashier rooms I remember a friend paying for 10 years ago: however, the prices reflect the differences in quality. There are only a coupleof rooms that haven't been updated, and hence, completely remodelled, as of December 2019. The place has been cleaned up from the outside appearance, to the quality of customer service, & finally to the people who reside there! New management's latest improvements include cleaning up trash on property, doing fire mitigation, repairing the fence, and removal of broke down vehicles.
I will miss this place when we leave. Awesome atmosphere. Great neighbors, and the manager is great as well. He helps make you feel right at home and treats you like family. He is also working very hard to remodel the place a little at a time. If anything goes wrong, he is eager to get it fixed right away. I wouldn't want to stay at any other motel around.
It’s been a very long time since I stayed at “The Ranch Motel “ it’s been since 2004 but I worked there and stayed there and back then it was clean and a great place to stay. Sonny is an awesome person,when he was training me to clean rooms he was very ocd about how he wanted them cleaned. He does care very much about the motel. I think people made it the way it’s become and he was just to nice and didn’t know what to do! Is he still running the motel?? I will definitely be stopping and staying a night at the Ranch motel as soon as I move back to Colorado! I’m hoping Sonnies still there!!!!
This place us amazing and I love it here. It's not perfect but it's definitely worth the price you pay. The employee here is so sweet and has the greatest personality. I am gonna miss it here regardless of where I go
